Financial Transactions:

• Record and maintain accounting records for all financial transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Accounts Payable:

• Process supplier invoices, verify discrepancies, and issue payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain vendor files.

Accounts Receivable:

• Generate customer invoices, monitor receivables, and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve billing issues.

Bank Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Record bank transactions and ensure accuracy of bank balances.

Financial Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor budget variances and provide explanations as needed.

Audit and Compliance:

• Assist in audits by providing necessary information and preparing audit schedules.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.

Payroll Processing:

• Assist in processing payroll and related statutory payments.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure timely payment of salaries.

Financial Analysis:

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

General Ledger Maintenance:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Post journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Taxation:

• Assist in preparation and filing of tax returns (e.g., GST, income tax).
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Documentation and Filing:

• Maintain organized filing systems for financial records and documents.
• Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions and procedures.
