Daily Accounting Operations:

• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks such as managing accounts payable and receivable, recording invoices, and maintaining general ledgers using Tally.
• Accurately enter financial data into Tally, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free.

GST Compliance:

• Prepare and file GST returns on a timely basis, ensuring compliance with all relevant GST regulations.
• Reconcile GST input and output, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Data Entry and Management:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into Tally and other accounting software as needed.
• Maintain and update records of financial transactions, verifying accuracy and completeness.

Bank Reconciliation:

• Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during reconciliations.

Financial Reporting:

• Assist in preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing accurate data and reports.

Support in Tax Filings:

• Assist in the preparation of documents for tax filings and audits.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory payments such as TDS, GST, and other applicable taxes.
