Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
Support the audit team in executing various audit procedures.
Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.
Work with accounting software to process various accounting transactions.
Help in the preparation of tax returns including TDS.
Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions.
Participate in client meetings to understand their payroll processing needs.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR functions.
Skills:
CMA
CA
TDS
Basic understanding of audit procedures and standards.
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statements.
Experience with tally software for accounting purposes.
Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
