Job Title: Welder and Fabricator

We are looking for an experienced Welder and Fabricator to join our team at SESS, a leading manufacturer of climatic test chambers and thermal engineering products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal structures and components based on technical drawings, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and safety.

• Welding: Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on various metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
• Fabrication: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to fabricate and assemble metal components for test chambers, ovens, and other industrial products.
• Assembly: Measure, cut, bend, and shape metal materials to ensure precise assembly of custom products.
• Inspection: Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintenance: Maintain welding and fabrication tools, equipment, and workstations in proper working condition.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication and welding process.

• Proven experience as a Welder and Fabricator in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering plans.
• Strong knowledge of various metals and their properties, including stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
• Experience in the fabrication of industrial equipment is a plus.
• Good understanding of safety practices and regulations in a welding environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit, as the job may involve standing for long periods and handling heavy materials.

• ITI/Trade certificate in welding or fabrication or equivalent experience.
• Certification in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding is preferred.
