15,000 - 35,000 Per Month Ø To be one of the motivating team member in the organization representing as overall in-charge of quality to achieve the quality policy and objectives of the organization.
Ø To achieve the goals & objectives of his department.
Ø Responsible for controlling the monitoring and measuring devices
Ø Overall responsible for monitoring and measuring of products
Ø Responsible for controlling the non conforming products
Ø Responsible for handling of customer complaints
Ø Responsible for corrective, preventive action for the problems identified.
Ø Organizing and Review process capability study & review the result, plan for improvement.
Ø Control and monitor special process performance.
Ø He is authorized to take necessary action With regard to nonconforming products.
Ø Inspection report for the finished product has to be approved by him.
Ø To take any step with regard to supply of products under deviation to the customer in consultation with the Managing Director/Director.
Ø Identification & recording of quality problems control further processing, analysis of quality problems and initiating, implementing and verifying corrective and preventive action.
Ø In-charge of activities in all procedures specifying him for his responsibilities and authorities.
Ø To identify the necessary IMTE requirement for the production.
