• Should run the machine independently.
• Having good knowledge of cutting tools which is used in VMC milling machines like Drills, endmills and form Tools.

·         Having good skills in tools and fixture settings, like Fixture Dialing and tool offset and correction of parts Dimensions as per drawing etc..

·         Should be Able to use all measuring instruments like vernier caliper, micrometer, plunger dials, plug gauges etc..

·         Should be responsible for productivity and quality of parts.

·         Basic Programming Knowledge like M Codes and G Codes of the VMC Milling Machine.

·         Having good Knowledge SPM Machines
