Job Title: Travel Sales Executive

Job Summary:
As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel products and packages. You will work closely with customers to understand their travel needs and provide them with suitable travel solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a passion for travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
- Engage with customers through various channels (in-person, phone, email) to understand their travel requirements.
- Provide detailed information about travel packages, destinations, itineraries, and travel products.
- Tailor travel packages to meet the needs and preferences of customers.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Booking and Documentation:
- Assist customers in booking flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records and travel documents.
Market Research and Promotion:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
- Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel partners and suppliers.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and updating databases.
- Monitor sales targets and achieve individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (CBSE) or equivalent.
- Graduate with a diploma in Travel and Tourism.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the travel industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary Range:
INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month
