• Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Should be able to give the information  them about products/offers/services
• Follow communication “scripts” while convincing the candidates.
• Should be able to convince the candidates to attend the seminars.
• Strong interpersonal sensitivities and skills to ask penetrating questions resulting in natural outgrowth of building relationships
• Be professional in attitude and verbal presentation
• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-ups on leads assigned.
• Responsible for explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.

Minimum Requirement:

• Good Communication Skills in Kannada & English
• Good Problem-solving skills over the call
• High energy level
