We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives across all channels. You will focus on acquiring new customers, enhancing engagement with existing clients, and maximizing retention.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Calling:
■ Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to potential customers.
2. Sales Closing:
■ Close sales deals over the phone.
■ Effectively communicate service features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
■ Use persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and secure commitments.
3. Talk Time Management:
■ Maintain a minimum of 3 hours of talk time per day.
■ Engage effectively with prospects and customers during calls to maximize productive
conversations.
4. Negotiation Skills:
■ Conduct negotiations with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
■ Handle objections and negotiate terms and conditions to close sales successfully.
■ Ensure terms agreed upon meet company standards and policies.
