Location: Rajouri Garden

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Telecaller.

Experience: 0 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.

* Provide information about products or services to generate interest.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

* Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.

* Maintain accurate call records and update the database regularly.

Skills Required:

* Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication in English and/or regional languages.

* Persuasion & Convincing Power: Ability to influence and engage customers over the phone.

* Presentation Skills: Ability to present information clearly and confidently.

* Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

* Basic computer knowledge for maintaining call records and reports.

* Any graduate degree .

* Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 5 years) are welcome to apply.
