We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team, specializing in education counselling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Kannada and English and a basic understanding of universities and their programs. You will play a key role in guiding prospective students and their families, addressing their queries, and assisting them in selecting suitable educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Program Guidance: Provide accurate and basic information about universities, courses, admission criteria, and application processes.
Lead Conversion: Convince and convert potential inquiries into successful admissions.
Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students to ensure a seamless counselling experience.
Database Management: Update and maintain records of leads, inquiries, and conversations in the system.
Customer Service: Address any queries, concerns, or doubts professionally and efficiently.
Coordination: Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure updated information on courses and universities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Fluency in Kannada and English (spoken and written).
Basic knowledge of universities and their programs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-centric attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using computers and telecommunication systems.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work under pressure.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in education counselling or telecalling is an advantage.
