Techno Functional Analyst - OPM recruitment in Bangalore - For a Client of Teamlease Digital

Client: Technology GCC for Global Biotech Company

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in designing and developing solutions in Oracle EBS & SC Suite of applications – OPM, OPM Quality, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management etc and understanding of other modules like ASCP, PDH, WMS, etc.,

• At least 3 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of Oracle OPM and Supply Chain – is a MUST.

• Thorough understanding of Process Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.

• Knowledge of other Oracle R12 EBS Supply Chain modules including Finance/ Procurement/PIM and Agile PLM will be an added advantage

• Experience with business process design, key configuration workshops, GAP identification, RICEW identification, Functional Design, Test Planning and Test Execution

• At least 5 years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency.

• Have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture.

• Proficient in Oracle eBS R12 implementations, Roll Outs, Post implementation support.

• Experience in Oracle eBS implementation methodologies (AIM ) across different phases like Business Process Study, Requirement Gathering, As-Is & To-Be Mapping (Solution Design),CRPs, UATs, SITs, Build till Go-live.

• Certification in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP is highly desirable.

• In depth knoweldge of Plan-to-Make (PTM) business process within a Process Manufacturing setting, as well as other business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Order-to-Cash (OTC)

• Thorough understanding of Process Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes overall.

• Knowledge of other Oracle R12 EBS Supply Chain modules including Finance/ Procurement/PIM and Agile PLM will be an added advantage

•Must have excellent oral and written communication/presentation/negotiation skills.

•Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios and conduct CRP and walk through sessions with business users.

•Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.

•Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities, including coding, system testing, end-to-end testing, and production support.

• Experienced in all phases of the project life cycle, from analysis and design to implementation and testing.

•Possesses excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple (changing) priorities under tight timelines.

• Work and deliver under tight and ever-changing deadlines with the ability to multi-task.

• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills

• Knowledge of SDLC/Agile.
