Client: Technology GCC for Global Biotech Company

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in designing and developing solutions in Oracle EBS Warehouse Management module

• Expertise in Oracle EBS & SC Suite of applications – WMS, OPM, Inventory, Purchasing, Mobile SCM (MSCA) etc and understanding of other modules like ASCP, PDH, OPM Costing, OPM Quality, OM etc.,

• At least 3 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of Oracle WMS – is a MUST.

• Experience with business process design, key configuration workshops, GAP identification, RICEW identification, Functional Design, Test Planning and Test Execution

• At least 5 years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency. Exp in manufacturing warhouse exp is required

• Have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture.

• Proficient in Oracle eBS R12 implementations, Roll Outs, Post implementation support.

•Experience with business process design, key configuration workshops, GAP identification, RICEW identification, Functional Design, Test Planning and Test Execution

• Experience in Oracle eBS implementation methodologies (AIM ) across different phases like Business Process Study, Requirement Gathering, As-Is & To-Be Mapping (Solution Design),CRPs, UATs, SITs, Build till Go-live.

• Understanding of warehouse management, Process Manufacturing, PLM and finance applications like receivables and costing

• Experience in working with Business Analyst, Solution Architects, developers and other functional SMEs to apply best practices in both declarative and programmatic approaches and owning end-to-end technical solutions.

• Experience in Internal customer management, influence peers, team effectiveness and enhancement, timeline management, proactive problem-solving ability, ability to develop trust, shared goals, and values.

• Experience in a biotechnology/pharmaceutical company preferred and is a definite plus

• Experience in SCM GxP (Pharma or Medical Device) operations.

• Prior expertise in one or more of the business processes – Order-to-Cash (OTC),Procure-to-pay (PTP),Plan-to-Make (PTM) in Process Manufacturing setting.

• Thorough understanding of Process Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes overall.

• Knowledge of other Oracle R12 EBS Supply Chain modules including Finance/ Procurement/PIM and Agile PLM will be an added advantage

•Must have excellent oral and written communication/presentation/negotiation skills.

•Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios and conduct CRP and walk through sessions with business users.

•Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.

•Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities, including coding, system testing, end-to-end testing, and production support.

• Experienced in all phases of the project life cycle, from analysis and design to implementation and testing.

•Possesses excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple (changing) priorities under tight timelines.

• Work and deliver under tight and ever-changing deadlines with the ability to multi-task.

• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills

• Knowledge of SDLC/Agile.
