Job Description:
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and delivering innovative technology solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical architectures. Your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Spring Boot, and SQL will be crucial in leading the development process. Additionally, your leadership and communication skills will enable you to guide junior team members and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

•Development: Design, develop, and implement applications using front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Java, Spring Boot, SQL) technologies.

•Architecture: Lead solution design, ensuring scalability and performance.

•Database Management: Create and manage databases using SQL, optimizing for performance and security.

•Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.

•Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding and project delivery.

•Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues and implement timely solutions.

Required Skills: Technical Proficiency:

•Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

•Back-end: Java, Spring Boot

•Database: SQLSoft Skills:

•Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

•Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
