Responsibilities:
Configure and customize JIRA projects, workflows, schemes, permissions, and user interfaces.
Perform regular administration and maintenance of JIRA instances.
Collaborate with team leads to understand project requirements and implement necessary changes in JIRA.
Create and manage custom dashboards and reports.
Provide training and user support to ensure effective utilization of JIRA.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues related to JIRA.
Integrate JIRA with other tools and systems used within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a JIRA Administrator or similar role.
Strong understanding of JIRA administration and configuration.
Experience with JIRA plugins and add-ons.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
