· Application Assistance:
- Assist students in preparing and submitting applications to international universities, including guidance on writing personal statements, gathering recommendation letters, and meeting application deadlines.
· Information Provision:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest information on overseas universities, programs, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities to provide accurate and relevant advice.
· Documentation Support:
- Guide students through the documentation process, including visa applications, financial aid forms, and other necessary paperwork.
· Workshops and Seminars:
- Conduct informational workshops and webinars on various aspects of studying abroad, such as application processes, cultural adaptation, and career prospects.
· Collaboration:
- Work closely with educational institutions, scholarship organizations, and other stakeholders to stay informed about new opportunities and maintain strong partnerships.
· Student Follow-Up:
- Maintain ongoing communication with students to track their progress, address any issues that arise, and provide additional support as needed.
· Customer Service:
- Offer exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for students and their families.
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in counseling or education is a plus.
· Experience: Proven experience in student counseling, education consulting, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the study-abroad process.
· Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of international education systems, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities.
· Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using counseling and application management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
