We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Student Counselor for our Overseas Education division. The Student Counselor will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, handling inbound inquiries, and guiding them through the process of applying to international universities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, an understanding of the overseas education process, and the ability to provide accurate information and support to prospective students.

Responsibilities:

Provide academic guidance and career counseling to students

Assist students in setting academic goals and creating study plans

Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic and personal issues

Evaluate students' strengths, interests, and aptitudes to help them make informed decisions

Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop strategies for student success

Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support and encouragement

Maintain accurate and confidential student records
