Qualifications:

Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team to meet sales, operations, and revenue
targets.
- Develop and execute strategies for expanding client portfolios
through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
- Identify and develop long-term revenue growth opportunities for
investment products, Mutual fund, PMS, Private Equity, Bonds, Insurance
(GI & LI) and more.
- Drive and develop new business opportunities from a targeted
pipeline, ensuring growth and achievement of business goals.
- Prepare and present detailed fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly
performance reports to internal stakeholders for review and strategic
planning.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify
opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and expanding business with
existing clients.
- Design and execute strategic marketing and distribution plans for
financial products, identifying optimal sales channels and creating
recommendation roadmaps.
- Acquire new clients by targeting the Affluent and Super Affluent
segments, identifying and tracking market trends to grow the client base.
- Provide personalized investment advice to affluent clients,
managing and optimizing their financial portfolios to meet their
individual goals.
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging investment
opportunities and financial market trends to ensure alignment with client
portfolios and objectives.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to tailor investment
decisions based on client financial needs and market insights.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of team
members, ensuring high efficiency in sales and operations.
- Conduct regular meetings to establish objectives, review progress,
and streamline sales and operational processes for optimal team
performance.
Who We’re Looking for:
- Experience: 5+ years in a senior sales or business
development role within the stock broking or financial services industry.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor large
teams, with strong expertise in strategic sales and business unit
management.
- Financial Acumen: Deep
understanding of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio
management.
- Client-Centric: Strong relationship-building skills with
experience in advising affluent clients on their financial portfolios.
