Job Description

Leading publishing company hiring sales manager for b2b and institutional sales.. A candidate must have good communication skills and should be willing to travel Pan India for work. Job Responsibility includes
- Representing the company at various book fairs
- Developing a good relationship with distributors and retail partners
- Marketing of products at desired institutions
- Manage, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to meet and exceed them
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales pipelines
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team
- Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
