Job Summary:
Happy Buying is looking for an experienced and motivated
Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Zirakpur. This role
requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of the local real
estate market, proven leadership abilities, and excellent sales acumen. As the
Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving property sales, managing
client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales
Strategy and Planning- Develop
and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and
annual sales targets.
- Analyze
the local real estate market trends to position Happy Buying as a top
choice for property buyers.
- Create
targeted marketing plans to generate leads and improve property sales in
Zirakpur and surrounding areas.
Team
Management- Lead,
train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective
sales targets.
- Provide
continuous coaching and feedback to improve sales techniques and client
management skills.
- Conduct
regular performance reviews and establish clear KPIs for the team.
Client
Relationship Management- Build
and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional
customer service from the first interaction through the closing of the
sale.
- Handle
escalated client concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and
encourage referrals.
Sales
Operations- Oversee
the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure
timely follow-up with leads, provide property information, and assist
clients throughout the decision-making process.
- Work
closely with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts
through digital, print, and in-person channels.
Market
Analysis and Reporting- Track
and analyze sales performance data, adjusting strategies as needed to
maximize effectiveness.
- Report
sales activities, pipeline, and outcomes to senior management on a
regular basis.
- Monitor
competitor activities, market conditions, and customer needs to keep
Happy Buying competitive.
Compliance
and Documentation- Ensure
all sales transactions are completed in accordance with company policies
and regulatory requirements.
- Manage
and maintain records of sales and client interactions using CRM systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+
years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 years in a
management role.
- Strong
knowledge of the Zirakpur real estate market and surrounding areas.
- Excellent
leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven
track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity
with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
