Job Title: Sales Manager - Housing and Mortgage Loans

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager with a strong background in housing and mortgage loan sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, an in-depth understanding of mortgage products, and the ability to inspire and lead a sales team. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
What you do:
§ Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of mortgage loan officers to achieve individual and team sales goals.
§ Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
§ Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
§ Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
§ Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
§ Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
§ Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and transactions adhere to regulatory and company policies and procedures.
What you are seeking:
ü Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
ü Minimum of 3 years of experience in housing and mortgage loan sales
ü In-depth knowledge of housing and mortgage loan products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
ü Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
ü Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
ü Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
ü Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
