We are looking for a Sales Executive Profile, who is passionate about traveling. Can handle the travel software backend and if needed work on the upgradation (web-based) on a timely basis. The person will manage travel requirements made for business or holidays and you will provide tourism-related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.

Responsibilities

· Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations

· Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc.) to travelers

· Enter data into our software and maintain client details

Requirements

· Use of the computer software for the day to day work

· Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-traveling

· Understand and implement the software changes

· Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus

· Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively

· Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
