About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in driving sales of our electronics and home appliance products, exceeding customer expectations, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and qualify customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Showcase product features and benefits, highlighting how they solve customer problems.
• Effectively communicate product knowledge and answer customer questions with confidence.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to maximize sales potential.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring optimal product presentation.
• Participate in product training and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and foster customer loyalty.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
