Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead Generation: Researching and identifying potential leads through online platforms, databases, or networking events
2. Assisting in Client Communication: Supporting the team by following up with clients, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments
3. Market Research: Researching market trends, property values, and competitor analysis to aid in decision-making
4. Administrative Support: Assisting with paperwork, preparing documents, maintaining client databases, and organizing files
5. Property Showcasing: Assisting during property viewings, open houses, and events, showcasing properties to prospective buyers
6. Learning and Shadowing: Observing and learning from experienced sales professionals, understanding sales techniques, and gaining industry knowledge
7. Marketing Assistance: Supporting marketing efforts by creating content, social media posts, or assisting in campaigns to promote listings
8. Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with existing clients, gathering feedback, and ensuring satisfaction
