Work Environment:
This role requires frequent travel for field sales across the NCR region. Candidates must have their own conveyance.
Attendance at the Manesar office is required once a week for operational reporting and team alignment.
Job Overview: The company is seeking dynamic freshers interested in Field Sales and B2B Sales who are eager to develop their careers in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will be motivated to build connections with businesses that require innovative indoor and outdoor lighting solutions, including intelligent lighting controls, and will coordinate closely with architects and interior designers to promote the company& products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients, such as architects, interior designers, builders, consultants, and other industry professionals.
Coordinate with architects and interior designers to introduce lighting solutions, understand project requirements, and offer tailored solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients in sectors such as hotels, retail chains, malls, and other commercial establishments.
Conduct meetings with senior engineers, purchase managers, and decision-makers in the NCR region to understand their lighting needs.
Present and showcase the features and benefits of the LED lighting solutions to potential clients.
Assist in preparing sales proposals and actively participate in negotiations to close deals.
Visit the Manesar office once a week for operational reporting, alignment, and coordination with the team. Stay updated with market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Key Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other sales tools.
Enthusiasm for direct sales and marketing, especially in B2B environments.
Willingness to learn and leverage networking skills to generate leads.
Ability to coordinate effectively with architects and interior designers.
Experience in internships or projects in sales, marketing, or lighting-related industries is a plus but not mandatory.
