Hamdan Perfumes, a luxury fragrance retailer, is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for perfumes and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the store's premium environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting perfumes, attars, and fragrance accessories that meet their preferences
• Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience
• Manage daily sales transactions, including handling payments and issuing receipts
• Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and product knowledge

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; a diploma or degree in any field is preferred
• Prior experience in sales or retail is an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for perfumes and a willingness to learn about different fragrance brands
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays as needed
