Responsibilities:
Manage and reply B2B order through whatsapp and calling.
Take care for dispatching and coordination of orders.
Regular be in touch with clients and do share regular updates and schemes.
Attend and cover new sales in store business.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage customer databases and update CRM systems.
Support the sales team with backend operations and administrative tasks.
Assist in creating sales reports and presentations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
