· To achieve the revenue and profit targets for the store.
· Interacting with customers, giving them product presentations and convincing them to make purchases.
· Keeping a track of the stock and inventory in the assigned section and placing orders for replenishing the stock.
· Maintaining the proper display of goods in the store and ensuring that they comply with the quality standards.
· Execute plans to maximize sales as assigned.
· Maintains positive relations and rapport with Customers.
· Keeping oneself updated with all the product knowledge.
· Using the technical skills and/or product knowledge to help the customers buy the right product.
· Handle customer queries effectively.
· Effectively collects customer feedback and passes it to immediate manager.
· Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
· Completion of all administrative paperwork during scheduled shift.
· Knowledge of procedures in emergency situations.
· Knowledge of facility rules, regulations and philosophy of the store.
