Job Description

1. Scheduling and coordinating the dispatching of products or services to meet customer requirements.

2. Planning and organizing transportation routes to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.

3. Communicating with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.

4. Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure they arrive on time and in good condition.

5. Resolving any issues or delays in the dispatch process.

6. Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities, including inventory levels, delivery schedules, and customer information.

7. Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and operations, to coordinate dispatch activities.

8. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to government statutory requirements ( i.e. selling permission related activities).
