Job profile: Relationship Manager

(Work from office)

Key Requirements and Responsibilities :-

• Should have good communication skills

• Should speak Hindi fluently.

• Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner

• Identify customers' needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible

• Ability to be on the phone for a long time and familiar with using dialer systems

• Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers

• Build long-term relationships with clients and customers

• Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues

• Should be able to join immediately.

Salary :10k to 20k ( fixed salary Depends on interview)

Education :-Graduate
