We are seeking a skilled and motivated Refrigeration Technician to join our team at SESS, a leader in the manufacturing of advanced climatic test chambers and thermal engineering products. The Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems and components to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our products.

• Installation: Install, configure, and test refrigeration systems and components in climatic test chambers and other related equipment.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration systems, including checking refrigerant levels, cleaning components, and replacing worn parts to ensure efficient operation.
• Repair: Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration systems, including compressors, evaporators, condensers, and thermostats.
• System Checks: Conduct regular inspections and system checks to identify potential issues and perform necessary adjustments to maintain system performance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent.
• Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Customer Interaction: Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed, addressing any issues or concerns related to refrigeration systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, fabricators, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of refrigeration systems into test chambers.

• Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, including compressors, evaporators, condensers, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex refrigeration issues.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Physically fit and able to work in various environmental conditions.

• ITI/Trade certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a related field.
• Certification in Refrigeration and HVAC systems is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
