Job Summary:

The Reception cum Sales Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while managing various administrative and sales-related tasks. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with a positive first impression of the company.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports and maintaining customer records.
• Process sales orders and track order status.
• Help with the preparation and follow-up of sales presentations and proposals.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Assist with inventory management and office supplies.
• Coordinate and support office events and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a reception or administrative support role; experience in a sales environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
