This is a full time onsite role for a front desk receptionist. The front desk receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and communication and ensure a warm welcome for guest and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
Taking messages and passing them on to the relevant individuals
Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
Maintaining visitor logs and issuing visitor badges
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings
Coordinating office activities and ensuring office supplies are stocked
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and friendly demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple phone lines
Familiarity with office equipment, such as copiers and printers
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure
