About the Role:
Are you a recent graduate or have up to 1 year of experience in sales? Do you have a passion for real estate and a knack for building relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a motivated Property Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. This role requires the use of your personal vehicle to travel to various property locations for inspections and client tours.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections and provide detailed assessments.
Schedule and conduct tours of properties for potential buyers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding and addressing their needs.
Negotiate property sales and finalize transactions professionally.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in sales or real estate.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for travel to property sites.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
