Key Responsibilities:
Leading the development of marketing strategies.
Conducting comprehensive market research on competitor products.
Designing and executing advanced marketing plans for company products.
Coordinating with media representatives, sponsors, and other external partners.
Collaborating with the sales team to develop and refine targeted sales strategies.
Addressing and resolving client queries regarding product specifications and applications.
Building and maintaining robust client relationships.
Analyzing sales data to ensure the company meets and exceeds sales targets.

Creating and presenting detailed sales performance reports to senior management.
Mentoring and guiding junior sales and marketing staff.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales and marketing executive role.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
In-depth knowledge of modern marketing techniques and tools.
High-level communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Strong passion for sales and a proactive attitude.
Comprehensive understanding of commercial trends and advanced marketing strategies.

Salary:
₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
