Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and goals.
Educate clients on our product offerings, features, and benefits.
Offer tailored product recommendations based on individual requirements.
Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to stay up to date on product updates and enhancements.
Assist in product demonstrations and trials, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of the product's capabilities.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and product recommendations.
Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies to better serve clients.
Continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related products or services.
Participate in product training and development programs to enhance expertise.

Salary: 2-3 LPA
