Key responsibilities & duties:

Attending to and resolving day-to-day breakdown complaints

LPG Installation Maintenance- Scheduling of AMC for contractual and non-contractual customers as per company norms

Customers complaint Management

Co-ordinate with Customers for Preventive Maintenance, Planning and Execution, Break down Maintenance.

Statutory Testing's - Bullet Hydro testing, SRV/TRV Testing and Certifications

Safety Audit and Safety training

Cost management

Co-ordinate Technical Aspects / Trials of new Product / Applications / Service Offerings to Customers.

Interaction with statutory authorities

Root Cause analysis

Documentation- Audit report, Training report, AMC & trouble shooting and entries.

Project Management
