Description : End to End Payroll Calculation
- - US Payroll Processing
- - Handle direct customer interactions
- - Handle ADP Application, should be hands on
- - Responsible for Processing End - to - End Payroll Processing for U.S based clients compelled with multi-Company
- - Attends all the 'Pre and post payroll
- - Processing Calls to get the specifications and to clear out my concern before processing the payrolls with the clients
- - Mentor new hires in various tasks pertaining to the process
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead a team of payroll processors/associates, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
- Payroll Processing: Supervise the processing of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure payroll processes comply with relevant regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Problem-Solving: Address payroll issues and discrepancies by troubleshooting errors, addressing complaints, and resolving conflicts within a timely manner.
- Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate payroll reports and conduct audits to ensure accuracy in payroll transactions. Handle reconciliations with Payroll and accounting teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and implement improvements for increased efficiency.
- Data Management: Maintain employee payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with HR, Finance, and other departments to address queries and report key payroll data.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and related tax laws.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g. Prism Pro software, GP ADP, Workday, SAP, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
