THE ROLE
- Conduct lead quality checks (QC) to ensure prospective clients meet our standards and provide valuable leads.
- Assist in setting up meetings between clients and sales representatives.
- Support outbound reach initiatives by researching and contacting potential clients.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
- Help with the setup and coordination of sales calls.
- Ensure the right quality of clients are selected for meetings to optimize sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Media Buyers, Designers, Copywriters, and Strategists) to support client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare meeting or call minutes to ensure clear communication between client and team..
- Provide follow-up on queries and resolve issues as needed.
- Foster a client-first approach in all interactions and activities.
