Job Description

We are looking for Pet bottle cap operator. He know to handle injection machine as well as all electric machine . If possible blowing machine. Working time will be any one shift. It will be alternative days.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.      Monitor, operate and troubleshoot equipment

2.      Perform preventive and routine maintenance

3.      Perform general housekeeping

4.      Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action

5.      Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility

6.      Maintain compliance with facility standards and guidelines including without limitation SON, NAFDAC, HSE etc.

7.      Provide leadership to Helpers for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility

8.      Enlighten self and Helpers of Plant safety policies – personnel and process safety.

9.      Handle material/products and replenish inventory as necessary.

10.   Conduct area inspections and audits
