To add to our vibrant team, we are searching for a qualified and experienced CNC Operator and Setter.
SUMMARY OF WORK: In order to create high-quality parts and components, the CNC Operator and Setter will be in charge of assembling, running and maintaining CNC machines. Strong technical abilities, a sharp eye for detail and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are characteristics of the perfect candidate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
MACHINE SETUP AND OPERATION: Configure and run CNC machinery in compliance with manufacturing guidelines and directives.
PROGRAM ADJUSTMENT: To increase productivity and quality, make the required modifications to CNC programs.
TOOLING: Make sure the fixtures and tooling you choose and install for each task are in good working order.
QUALITY CONTROL: Verify on a regular basis that the items fulfill the necessary tolerances and requirements. Make use of instruments for precise measurement including gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
MAINTENANCE: Give machines and equipments regular upkeep and notify maintenance staff of any malfunctions or problems.
SAFETY: To guarantee a secure working environment, follow all safety rules and procedures.
DOCUMENTATION: Keep thorough production records, such as setup sheets, tooling logs, and reports on quality inspections and also should know how to document the records in desktop.
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE: Should know how to use desktop, scanning documents and sending it through email and typing the invoices. (Training will be given)
QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION: A high school degree or its equivalent. It is desirable if you have technical certification in CNC machining or a related subject. Immediate hiring if employee has computer skills.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum experience of 3 years or more as a CNC operator and setter, ideally in the manufacturing or automotive sectors.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and technical drawings. strong command of machine operations and CNC programming.
ANALYTICAL SKILLS: Capacity to identify and fix technical problems fast and efficiently. High precision and meticulous attention to detail in all facets of the work.
PHYSICAL STAMINA: Capacity to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects.
OTHER ABILITIES: Effective writing and vocal communication abilities. Capacity to function effectively in a group setting.
