The personal assistant to the MD will assist in professional and personal scheduling in the following areas:
1. Meetings and time scheduling
2. Travel and arrangements
3. Sales and marketing
4. Personal commitments time scheduling and planning.
The candidate should have a good computer knowledge and online travel, eCommerce, banking, bill payments and other activities handing.
The candidate shall be willing in assisting in personal work as well, specially around calling, following up among other things.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Professional demeanor and presence.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
