Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop, analyze, and execute hiring strategies.
2. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Human Resources and recruitment processes.
3. Source potential candidates through job portals, digital tools, and various platforms.
4. Aid in creating and implementing online hiring campaigns, including posting jobs and tracking applications.
5. Utilize analysis and judgment to screen and shortlist candidates before reaching out.
6. Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates seeking job opportunities.
7. Maintain candidate tracker sheets and ensure successful candidate placements.
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate a robust understanding of hiring, recruitment, and talent acquisition processes.
2. Possess expertise in utilizing talent-searching tools available in the market.
3. Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English.
4. Capable of multitasking and performing effectively under pressure.
