Job Title: Operational Specialist

Location: Kandivali, Mumbai (Preference for candidates from Western Suburbs)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Servicing: Provide exceptional service to existing and new clients, addressing their financial needs and queries.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products to existing clients, enhancing their investment portfolios.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• On-Site Role: This position requires working from our Kandivali office, engaging directly with clients.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in financial advisory or related roles. In Some Case Freshers are also welcome.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in financial software.
• Location: Candidates must reside in the Western Suburbs of Mumbai.

Compensation:

• Salary: Basic salary plus performance-based incentives. CTC 240000 – 300000 + Incentives
