Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Closing Manager to join our team at House of Chavan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling end-to-end deal closures, working closely with sales teams, and ensuring smooth client interactions. The role is based at our Kalwa, Thane location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end process of deal closures, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Collaborate effectively with sales teams to understand and address client requirements.
• Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of closed deals, and provide regular reports to management regarding progress, challenges, and performance metrics.
• Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a closing or sales management role, with a focus on deal closures and client management.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to address and resolve client concerns professionally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry standards and trends.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday, with standard working hours.
