We are seeking a reliable Office Coordinator to manage client emails, handle purchasing, and coordinate with our production department. Proficiency in Tally and Excel is required.

Responsibilities:

Manage client email communications.
Handle purchasing and stock orders.
Coordinate with production to ensure smooth operations.
Use Tally for financial and inventory tracking.
Prepare reports using Excel.
Ensure that office workflow procedures are followed with maximum efficiency
Control office expenditures and office contracts including rent٫ service and so on

Requirements:

Experience in office administration.
Proficiency in Tally and Excel.
