Job Title: Non-Voice Process Associate

Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries via chat or email in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide detailed and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
• Document customer interactions and transactions appropriately.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues reported by customers.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling customer accounts.
• Collaborate with the internal team to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Work towards meeting individual and team-based performance targets.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate or diploma holder (preferred).
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and multitask efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of computers and ability to navigate systems and applications.
• Previous experience in a customer service or non-voice process role is a plus but not mandatory.
