 We’re looking for an organized and meticulous digital event specialist to help us

deliver our digital events program. The digital event specialist produces and

executes high quality digital experiences that resonate across our audiences in

APAC, as a key part of our demand strategy

Responsibilities

 Collaborate across marketing, product and sales teams to produce compelling

digital events that integrate into the broader marketing strategies.

 Have mastery over all technology, tools & platforms required to execute all

formats of digital events and platforms.

 Execute and deliver high quality recorded, live or simul-live digital events: from

briefing stakeholders, setting up and preparing all promotional material, adapting

supplied or pre-recorded content, running tech checks and rehearsals, to live

production and management of a digital event.

 Be innovative to design audience growth, programming and engagement

strategies, leverage performance insights to drive continuous improvement.

 Be adaptable and creative to help manage a full calendar of activities, across

various regional needs and audiences, consider localisation needs and manage

global vendors and stakeholders.
