· Work with various authorities such as HOA/City/County/Town/Village officials, attorneys, and other regulatory bodies to resolve code violations, and enter all notices received from various authorities into the system and update it on a regular basis.
· Update HOA database, as needed.
· Communicate with residents and HOAs daily.
· Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to develop a strong working relationship with HOAs and residents.
· Provide timely response to all HOA related requests from internal and external parties.
· Work on daily data measures, complete errors, omissions, and corrections.
· Attend scheduled trainings and production review meetings at the end of each month.
· Work on data, reports, or other business requests and submit them on time.
· Respond in a timely and professional manner to inquiries from homeowners, authorities, and team members.
· Excellent listening skills and the ability to use sound judgement.
· The ability to produce high-quality work and pay close attention to detail.
· Communicate with team members across different locations to ensure that they are aware of the violations and follow up to resolve them.
