Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive inspection procedures for incoming raw materials and
components.
Lead a team to perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections, ensuring compliance with
specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues related to incoming materials.
Utilize statistical sampling methods to ensure representative inspection of incoming goods.
Requirements:
Proven experience in quality assurance, incoming goods inspection, or related roles, preferably in a
manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, inspection methodologies, and industry
standards.
Experience with statistical sampling methods and data analysis tools.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
concurrently.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with suppliers,
cross-functional teams, and senior management.
